2024 Annual Results of the Eiffel Tower Company: A Contrasting Assessment
The Board of Directors of Société de la Tour Eiffel has approved the financial results for 2024, in a context of a complex real estate market. Despite a 5.8% decline in asset values, the company carried out a capital increase of €598.8 million in January 2025 to rebalance its financial structure.
The Company's efforts are focused on innovative projects, with six developments representing a rental income potential of €10.8 million. However, consolidated net income is negative at -€59.2 million.
The Company continues to transform its portfolio with targeted disposals and developments to meet the challenges of the real estate market, while maintaining its commitment to sustainable development.
