2024 financial results of Laboratoires BOIRON
On April 3, 2025, the Board of Directors of Laboratoires BOIRON presented the financial results for 2024. Sales decreased by 1.2% to €487,559 thousand, partly due to lower volumes and a negative impact of exchange rates, mitigated by a favorable price effect. Operating profit fell by 62.8% to €15,736 thousand.
In France, revenue decreased by 7.1%, while in Europe excluding France, it increased by 1.6%. In North America, the increase was 5.1%, and in other regions, growth of 20% was recorded thanks to changes in business models.
Gross margin increased slightly to 73.6%, but net profit decreased by 68.4% to €11,336,000. A reorganization in France could result in the elimination of 145 positions. A dividend of €1.20 per share will be proposed.
