2CRSi provides information on the governance of AETHER Infrastructures
On August 5, 2026, 2CRSi provided an update on the governance of AETHER Infrastructures and the progress of the AETHER project. AETHER Infrastructures, registered in 2026, is chaired by Holding Alain Wilmouth, its sole shareholder. For the 2025/26 fiscal year, 2CRSi invoiced AETHER Infrastructures €629,760.
Regarding the AETHER project, the bid for the FR-SXB1 site is awaiting approval from the seller's board of directors. The bid for the FR-SXB2 site has been accepted, allowing for partial occupancy starting in October 2026. The Strasbourg site, with its 25 MW capacity, will house AI computing facilities and the manufacturing of AI Factory modules. The AETHER consortium, including 2CRSi, aims to participate in the European tender for AI gigafactories.
