2CRSi Initiates Independent Investigation After Grizzly Research Allegations

Strasbourg, France – 2CRSi SA, a company focused on high-performance server manufacturing, has launched an independent investigation following allegations made by Grizzly Research. The investigation, led by an external firm, will scrutinize transactions from the last three financial years to ensure transparency and provide factual insights into the company's operations.

The scope spans financial years ending June 2024 to June 2026, examining significant contracts and third-party relationships cited in the Grizzly report. This includes a German contract from June 2026 and a USD 610 million framework contract from January 2024. The investigation covers areas such as revenue breakdown and transaction traceability with key customers.

Initial findings are anticipated in September 2026, with a full report expected the following month. Any critical updates emerging from the investigation will be promptly communicated, ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations.
