The Board of Directors, aiming for transparency, has engaged an independent third party to confirm the transaction's details. This verification will involve contacting banks, the customer, and carriers directly to ensure accurate documentation of the order, deliveries, and payments. The procedure is based on third-party confirmations to cross-check details independently.

The process began on June 22, 2026, with the Audit and Risk Committee overseeing the operation. 2CRSi emphasizes that this verification is a factual-findings report, distinct from a statutory audit. Findings will be shared through regulated information channels once available.
