2CRSi SA postpones the publication of its 2025-2026 annual results
2CRSi, specializing in the design of high-performance servers, has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual results and the 2025-2026 Annual Financial Report. Initially scheduled for October 29, 2026, this publication will now take place on October 30 after the close of markets.
This delay will allow for the completion of the audit procedures following a report by Grizzly Research LLC. The findings were presented to the Audit and Risk Committee on October 26, in the presence of the statutory auditor.
2CRSi has been developing solutions for various sectors, such as artificial intelligence and data storage, since 2005. The group has been listed on Euronext Growth since November 2022.
