2CRSi SA Reports Strong Growth for 2025-2026 Financial Year
2CRSi SA, a designer and manufacturer of energy-efficient servers, announced a significant revenue increase of 75% to €386.5 million for the financial year ending June 2026. This growth was largely driven by the success of the Godì range, designed for artificial intelligence applications.
EBITDA surged to €34.2 million, a 6.1-fold rise compared to the previous year, with a margin improvement from 2.5% to 8.8%. Net income for the Group reached €17.0 million, up from €2.1 million. The financial performance was bolstered by an expanded customer base in Europe and Asia.
Despite these positive results, the statutory auditor anticipates issuing a disclaimer of opinion due to internal control deficiencies and uncertainties regarding related-party transactions. As 2CRSi aims to improve margins through service expansions, its ÆTHER project will be pivotal in 2026-2027.
