2CRSi SA: Results of the independent investigation into the allegations of Grizzly Research

2CRSi, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance servers, has published the findings of an independent expert commissioned to investigate allegations made by Grizzly Research. The expert found the accusation of manufacturing revenue through undisclosed related parties to be unfounded, except for certain uncompleted transactions.

The findings also show that some of 2CRSi's previous communications were inaccurate and required corrections. The report addressed several specific allegations, including those concerning interactions with New York GreenCloud and other clients. It highlighted weaknesses in the company's internal controls and recommended improvements.

The report did not confirm deliberate manipulation of sales, although some documents were incomplete and the accounting of transactions required better documentation.
