2CRSi SA's 2025-2026 Annual Results: Strong Growth Despite Uncertainties

2CRSi SA announced revenues of €386.5 million, up 75% thanks to the success of its Godì range for artificial intelligence. EBITDA reached €34.2 million with a margin of 8.8%. Net income attributable to the Group amounted to €17 million, compared to €2.1 million the previous year.

Shareholders' equity amounts to €46.5 million. However, the auditor will not certify the annual accounts due to anomalies in internal control and related-party transactions.

For 2026-2027, improving margins remains a priority, with innovative projects such as ÆTHER. The Group aims for an ambitious turnover of one billion euros, even in the face of market and component challenges.
