Marley Spoon Group SE Announces Changes in Supervisory Board Leadership

Marley Spoon Group SE has announced a leadership transition within its Supervisory Board. Dr. Stephan Zoll, the current Chairman, plans to step down following the 2026 Annual General Meeting. He will remain a member of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Ralph Kudla is set to be proposed as the new Chairman, pending election by the Supervisory Board. Additionally, Ms. Ingrid Heisserer is expected to be elected to the Supervisory Board and take over as Chair of the Audit Committee.

In related developments, Dr. Zoll will also resign as Chairman of Marley Spoon SE’s Supervisory Board, the company's 99.5% subsidiary, later this year. Dr. Kudla is anticipated to be proposed as the new Chairman of MSSE, with Ms. Heisserer considered for a position on the Supervisory Board.
