€5 million investment for Energisme's healthcare subsidiary
Energisme announces a €5 million investment in its subsidiary Loamics. This financing, obtained from funds managed by Vatel Capital, aims to support the functional and commercial development of Loamics, which specializes in health data. The issuance of 517,242,000 new shares at a unit price of €0.0058, generating €3 million, and the issuance of convertible bonds yielding €2 million, constitute the core of this transaction.
The bonds can be converted into Energisme or Loamics shares. Energisme plans to redeem them early as 2027 should there be a change in ownership structure for its subsidiary ECO-Hub. In 2025, Loamics also recorded its first revenues from the P4DP consortium, strengthening its position in the healthcare data market.
