Paris, June 16, 2026 – 74Software has disclosed its recent share buyback activities. Following the authorization from its Combined General Meeting on May 19, 2026, the company executed share buybacks from June 8 to June 12, 2026. The company purchased a total of 10,340 shares. These transactions were carried out at a weighted average acquisition price of €37.36 per share, resulting in a total transaction amount of €386,284.
The share buybacks took place on the Paris Stock Exchange, identified by the code XPAR. The highest volume of shares repurchased occurred on June 11 and 12, 2026, with daily volumes of 3,796 and 3,828 shares respectively.
