74Software Share Buyback Transactions Announced
74Software has disclosed its share buyback activities for the week of June 22-26, 2026. This announcement follows the authorization from the Combined General Meeting on May 19, 2026, to initiate a share buyback program. A total of 14,379 shares were repurchased at an average price of €36.39 per share, amounting to €523,204 in total.
On June 22, the company acquired 117 shares at €37.00 each. The largest volume was on June 26, with 11,075 shares repurchased at €36.02 per share. All transactions were carried out on the XPAR market. The buyback is in line with Article 5(2)(c) of European Regulation No 596/2014 and its delegated regulation (EU) 2016/1056.
