Abasca Resources Updates on Loki Flake Graphite Exploration and Stock Options
Abasca Resources Inc. has released an update on its exploration activities for the Loki Flake Graphite Deposit within the Key Lake South Project. Abasca conducted two drill programs in 2025, aiming to expand and refine resource estimates. The deposit has a current inferred resource of 11.31 Mt at 7.65% graphite, based on 2024 drill results.
Preparations for a Preliminary Economic Assessment in mid-2026 are underway, with a Pre-Feasibility Study expected later that year. The winter and summer 2025 drill programs focused on expanding the deposit and in-fill drilling, yielding positive results. A winter 2026 drill program is planned for further resource expansion.
In parallel, Abasca granted 3,875,000 stock options to its directors and officers, exercisable at $0.07 per share for five years.
