Abasca Resources Partners with Understood Mineral Resources for Graphite Estimate

Abasca Resources Inc. has enlisted Understood Mineral Resources Ltd. (UMR) to perform a flake graphite resource estimate at its Loki Flake Graphite Zone within the Key Lake South Project. UMR brings significant expertise in modeling structurally-controlled resources driven by geostatistical analyses. Brian McEwan, VP of Exploration at Abasca, expressed enthusiasm for UMR's deterministic and probabilistic modeling approaches. Initial results from the summer 2024 drill program at Loki Zone were encouraging, and further exploration is planned for winter 2025.

Additionally, Abasca has granted 3,050,000 stock options to its directors and officers. These options permit the purchase of company shares at $0.15 each over a five-year period. Abasca's Key Lake South Project, entirely owned by the company, is located in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin Region and spans 23,977 hectares.
