ABB Ltd Announces Latest Share Buyback Activity

ABB Ltd has announced the successful repurchase of 136,042 shares between December 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This initiative, initially revealed on February 7, 2025, is conducted in compliance with relevant financial regulations, including the Swiss Ordinance on Financial Market Infrastructures, the EU Market Abuse Regulation, and the Safe Harbour Regulation.

During the specified period, share purchases were executed through a bank on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The transactions included daily repurchases of 34,837 shares on January 5, 38,205 shares on January 6, and 63,000 shares on January 7, with daily buyback amounts totaling over CHF 8 million. Since February 10, 2025, ABB has repurchased a total of 20,321,307 shares under the current program.
