ABIONYX: Information on Capital and Voting Rights

ABIONYX, listed on Euronext Paris, Compartment C, has released important data regarding its share capital. As of September 30, 2026, the company had 43,736,415 shares outstanding. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 55,932,572, while the exercisable rights amounted to 55,671,329.

Gross rights include all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. The calculation of net rights excludes shares without voting rights, in line with the AMF recommendation of July 17, 2007.
