BlackRock exceeds 5% of ABIVAX's capital
On September 17, 2026, BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds, crossed the 5% threshold of the share capital and voting rights of ABIVAX, a company listed on Euronext Paris. This official declaration, received on September 18, indicates that BlackRock now holds 4,649,384 ABIVAX shares, representing 5.33% of the share capital and 5.25% of the voting rights.
This crossing resulted from an increase in the number of shares held as collateral. The shares include 1,416,707 ADRs and various loan agreements. BlackRock exercises voting rights unless clients decide otherwise, and they may choose to retain this control.
