ABL Diagnostics becomes ABL Texcell Diagnostics

ABL Diagnostics, a company specializing in molecular diagnostics, has announced its name change to ABL Texcell Diagnostics. This decision, approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting, reflects the company's evolution and the growing complementarity of its activities in virology and life sciences. Shareholders also chose to maintain the company's listing on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, rejecting a transfer to Euronext Growth Paris.
