He will replace Petra Leue-Bahns, who will step down on February 28, 2026, as planned. Leue-Bahns decided against reappointment for personal reasons after significantly contributing to the company's progress in renewable energy.

Under Leue-Bahns' leadership, clearvise developed a diverse renewable energy portfolio across Europe, achieving a capacity of 388 megawatts. Bernhard Gierke, a seasoned professional in renewable energy and investment management, aims to further clearvise's strategy as a YieldCo, enhancing shareholder value and ensuring stable dividends.

Bernhard Gierke plans to fortify clearvise's market position and continue driving strategic developments. His experience at Aquila Capital and his financial expertise equip him to lead clearvise towards sustainable success.
