ABO Energy Divests Solar Assets in France

ABO Energy has finalized the sale of three solar projects in France, totaling a capacity of 85 MWp. The financial benefit from these projects will be realized between 2024 and 2027, although the purchase prices remain undisclosed.

The transaction includes two projects, Presnoy (26.25 MWp) and Nargis (14.96 MWp), sold to the French independent power producer Tenergie. Located in the Loiret region, these projects have secured contracts under the French tendering process and will be operational in 2026. This marks the third deal between ABO Energy and Tenergie in three years.

The third project, Bonny-sur-Loire (43.68 MWp), was sold to CVE, a French company. Planned for commissioning in 2029, it follows prior successful transactions between the two entities.

Dr. Thomas Treiling, ABO Energy's Managing Director, highlights the company's commitment to long-term partnerships and renewable energy.
