Accor Completes Second Tranche of Share Buyback Programme

Accor has successfully concluded the second tranche of its share buyback programme. Initiated on August 4, 2025, this tranche amounted to EUR 240 million. By the end of the programme, Accor had acquired 5,666,436 shares at an average price of €42.35 per share.

This second tranche forms part of a broader EUR 440 million buyback initiative. The programme was initially announced alongside the company's 2024 annual results on February 20, 2025. The aim is to enhance shareholder value.
