Accor has disclosed its latest figures on shares outstanding and voting rights as of July 31, 2026. The total number of shares outstanding stands at 236,129,587. The figure for total potential voting rights is stated as 276,435,438. Meanwhile, the number of exercisable voting rights comes to 270,868,881.
