Accor S.A. Announces New Share Buyback Program

Accor S.A. has launched a new share buyback program following approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 27, 2026. The initiative aims to repurchase up to 10% of the company's share capital, equivalent to 23,612,823 shares. The objectives include the potential cancellation of acquired shares, implementation of employee share plans, and supporting market transactions. The maximum purchase price is set at €80 per share, with a total allocation of up to €1.88 billion.

The authorization remains valid until November 27, 2027, replacing previous authorizations. As of the approval date, Accor holds 2,209,890 shares, accounting for 0.94% of its capital. A significant portion of these shares is designated for cancellation, while a smaller amount supports liquidity operations.
