Accor S.A., a French corporation with a capital of €734.9 million, has launched a share buyback program approved during the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 28, 2025. This initiative aims to achieve several strategic objectives, including the cancellation of repurchased shares as part of capital reduction and facilitating employee share plans.

The program permits the acquisition of up to 10% of the company's share capital, equivalent to 24,496,689 shares. The maximum price for purchases is set at €80 per share, totaling €1.95 billion. This authorization is effective until November 28, 2026, superseding any previous similar authorizations.

Currently, Accor owns 4,632,761 shares, accounting for 1.89% of its capital. The majority of these shares are earmarked for cancellation, while 5,000 shares support an ongoing liquidity contract. This program aligns with market regulation standards by the French Financial Markets Authority.
