Acheter-Louer.fr extends its safeguard procedure
Acheter-Louer.fr has announced a six-month extension to its safeguard proceedings. This decision, approved by the Paris Commercial Court, aims to restructure the company's debt, excluding bond liabilities. Initially opened on February 11, 2025, the proceedings will continue until February 11, 2026. It allows the company, with the assistance of the receiver, Maître Christophe Thevenot, to seek solutions to stabilize its finances and preserve its jobs.
This approach only concerns supplier, social and bank debt, and excludes convertible bonds which are repaid upon conversion.
