ACTIA Group announces that its Annual Report for the year 2025 is now available to the public, following its filing with the AMF on April 23, 2026. This document includes several key reports, including the annual financial report as well as information on corporate governance and the share buyback program.
This report is available on ACTIA's website in the "Investors" section. The Combined General Meeting is scheduled for May 28, 2026, and will propose a dividend of €0.12 per share. For the year 2025, the group generated revenue of €535.4 million.
