ACTIA Group announces that its Combined General Meeting will be held on May 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at its registered office. The agenda and draft resolutions are available for review. Details regarding participation and the exercise of shareholder rights are set out in the notice published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on April 22, 2026, issue number 48.
