Adcore Announces Voting Results from Shareholders Meeting
On April 29, 2025, Adcore Inc., based in Toronto, announced the election results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders. All five director nominees were elected, with Omri Brill, Roy Nevo, Sukvinder (Sokhie) Puar, Ronnie Jaegermann, and Nancy Goertzen each receiving 99.58% of the votes. They will serve until the next shareholders meeting.
Shareholders also approved several business items. Ziv Haft, Certified Public Accountants, was appointed as the auditor for the year. The amended stock option plan passed. Additionally, shareholders approved an amendment to extend the expiry date of 4,960,748 stock options granted to insiders.
