Mandatory Delisting of Adeunis Shares by Webdyn
Adeunis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, will be subject to a mandatory delisting. Webdyn SAS, having launched a simplified public tender offer, now holds 91.32% of the company's share capital. A price of €0.84 per share will be paid to the remaining minority shareholders for the acquisition of 398,843 shares not yet held.
The suspension of trading in Adeunis shares will remain in place until the delisting is completed, scheduled for October 15, 2026. The shares will then be removed from the stock exchange. Compensation will be centralized by Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) for identified beneficiaries.
No other shares or share warrants will remain after the delisting. The process has received approval from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), guaranteeing the fairness of the price offered.
