Adler Group and PAUL Tech Launch Green Heating for Berlin's Homes

Adler Group S.A. has partnered with PAUL Tech AG to transition 17,500 residential and commercial units in Berlin to eco-friendly heating over the next two years. This move aims to significantly cut CO₂ emissions and improve energy efficiency. PAUL Tech's PAUL Net Zero technology, integrating efficient heat pumps with AI-driven control systems, will be implemented.

The transition reduces reliance on natural gas and oil, providing a stable, long-term heating solution amidst rising CO₂ costs. Implementation begins in summer 2026, with PAUL Tech managing the new systems for 15 years.

Adler Group CEO, Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, emphasized ongoing service improvements through digitalization. COO Jannik Hess noted the importance of decarbonizing Berlin's housing stock, while PAUL Tech CEO, Sascha Müller, highlighted the scalable, reliable nature of the project to meet climate goals.
