Adler Group Sells Berlin Development "The Wilhelm" to Hilpert Group

Adler Group S.A. announced the sale of its Berlin-based project "The Wilhelm" to the Hilpert Group. This residential development, located in a prime area near the Brandenburg Gate, is set for completion in 2028. The transaction marks a strategic move for Adler to concentrate on managing and enhancing its rental properties in Berlin.

The acquisition aligns with Hilpert Group’s focus on high-quality urban living spaces in Berlin. Despite previous delays, the project will now continue swiftly under Hilpert's direction. Knight Frank Berlin and GSK Stockmann facilitated the sale, representing a significant addition to Hilpert’s portfolio.
