AEVIS VICTORIA SA extends its syndicated loan with Swiss Medical Network

AEVIS VICTORIA SA has announced the extension of the CHF 150 million syndicated loan to its subsidiary, Swiss Medical Network. The agreement, signed with a syndicate of nine Swiss banks led by UBS Switzerland AG, extends the maturity date from April 25, 2027, to April 25, 2028, with an option to extend for a further year. The remaining terms of the loan remain unchanged.

Swiss Medical Network has benefited from a 100 basis point reduction in its margin thanks to improved profitability and a decrease in net debt since September 30, 2026. Michel Keusch, CFO of AEVIS, emphasizes that this early renewal demonstrates the banks' confidence in the performance of Swiss Medical Network.
