AEVIS VICTORIA SA Reports Strong Profitability for Swiss Medical Network

Swiss Medical Network Holding, a subsidiary of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, has reported significant improvements in profitability for the first nine months of 2026. Gross revenue reached CHF 804.2 million, representing an 11.3% increase. Net revenue rose by 1.2% to CHF 620.9 million. EBITDAR increased by 17.3%, amounting to CHF 113.8 million, with a margin improving to 18.3%. EBITDA saw a remarkable rise of 41.0% to CHF 41.6 million, despite EBIT remaining negative at CHF -5.3 million.

The hospital network showed notable gains, with an EBITDAR margin surpassing 21%. Gross revenue in this sector reached CHF 632.9 million, a 12.2% boost, while EBITDA climbed 22.0%, marking a return to positive EBIT at CHF 1.3 million. Outpatient services also recovered, with net revenue increasing by 5.2%. The successful restructuring of medical activities at Privatklinik Lindberg was completed, strengthening prospects for 2027.

Swiss Medical Network has strengthened its financial position by extending a CHF 150 million credit facility and reducing its financing margin by 100 basis points. The focus remains on rolling out its integrated care model and expanding the VIVA health plan.
