AGRANA Proposes €0.35 Dividend Despite Challenging Year
AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG has proposed a dividend of €0.35 per share for the 2025|26 financial year, down from €0.70 the previous year. This decision, subject to Supervisory Board approval, reflects a 3.0% dividend yield. The Supervisory Board meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026, with the Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2026.
Despite a challenging 2025|26 financial year with EBIT dropping to €3.2 million from €40.5 million, AGRANA projects a significantly improved EBIT of €70 to €90 million for 2026|27. This optimism is based on expected favorable conditions, provided the Middle East and Ukraine conflicts do not escalate further.
The company faces higher volatility and costs due to geopolitical tensions but plans to offset these with strategic pricing in new contracts. AGRANA remains steadfast in maintaining a strong balance sheet amidst these uncertainties.
