Agripower: General Meeting Results and New Directors

The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Agripower was held this morning. All resolutions on the agenda were adopted, except for the 13th, in accordance with the recommendation of the Board of Directors.

In terms of governance, Christophe Wagner and Emmanuel Walliser have had their mandates renewed for three years. Jean-Philippe Cagne has been appointed as a new independent director, bringing 30 years of experience in the energy sector with Engie and GRDF.

The Board of Directors, chaired by Guillaume Labarrière, now comprises four directors, three of whom are independent. The voting results will be available online soon.
