Agripower succeeds in its capital increase of €1.85 million

Agripower France has successfully completed a €1.85 million capital increase through a private placement. This transaction involved the issuance of 1,947,368 new shares at a price of €0.95 per share, representing 16.08% of the current share capital. The funds raised will be used to strengthen equity and support the company's expansion in the biomethane sector.

CEO Guillaume Labarrière emphasized investor confidence in their development strategy. This capital increase, finalized through an accelerated book-building process, aims to support Agripower's growth in the expanding biomethane market. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris from June 30, 2026, increasing the share capital to 14,054,495 shares.
