Strategic Joint Venture for Agripower France

Agripower France announces the signing of a preliminary agreement with an investment fund and a renewable energy company. This partnership aims to create a joint venture to invest in existing methanization sites.

In this joint venture, Agripower, through its subsidiary Eliona, would hold 51% of the shares, while the investment fund and the other company would own 44% and 5% respectively. A budget of 20 to 35 million euros would be allocated to finance the projects.

This project is part of Agripower's growth strategy, which aims to convert cogeneration sites into biomethane production facilities. The final signing depends on the completion of the legal documentation. Guillaume Labarrière, President of Agripower, sees this as a significant operational shift for the group.
