Postponement of the publication of annual accounts and appointment of an expert at AgroGeneration
AgroGeneration announces the postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual accounts to June 30, 2025. The security situation in Ukraine, due to the military conflict, makes access to the sites of its subsidiaries impossible for a full audit.
The Kharkiv region, where the group's main operations are located, has been subject to numerous air raids, significantly impacting the financial consolidation process. The group's auditors are unable to certify the accounts without sufficient supporting documentation.
In addition, Sorgem Evaluation has been appointed as an independent expert to oversee the financial terms of Novaagro Ukraine LLC's simplified public tender offer. This project follows Novaagro's acquisition of a majority stake.
