AgroGeneration Unable to Publish Interim Financial Results Due to Document Loss
AgroGeneration, a key agricultural player in Ukraine, has announced its inability to publish interim financial results for the first half of 2025. This is attributed to the loss of key accounting documents following military actions by the Russian Federation in April 2025. The company's Board of Directors sought and received authorization from AMF and Euronext to withhold these results.
Euronext has transferred AgroGeneration's shares to the Penalty Bench. The shares will remain there until the 2025 audited annual report is published, scheduled by the end of April 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a trading suspension in May 2026.
AgroGeneration's assets are concentrated in the Kharkiv region, directly affected by continued hostilities, which have already caused significant material losses since the war began in 2022.
