JP Morgan Chase & Co. a annoncé avoir franchi les seuils de détention du capital d'AIR FRANCE-KLM, selon un communiqué daté du 17 février 2026. Le 11 février 2026, la société détient 5,12% du capital soit 13 462 973 actions, représentant 3,59% des droits de vote. Ce dépassement découle d'une acquisition hors marché.
La répartition des actions inclut J.P. Morgan Securities LLC et J.P. Morgan Securities plc. Cependant, le 12 février, JP Morgan a franchi à la baisse le seuil de 5%, détenant alors 4,78% du capital ou 12 570 768 actions.
Ce mouvement est dû à une cession d'actions également hors marché, affectant sa présence en tant qu'actionnaire dans AIR FRANCE-KLM.
