AIR FRANCE-KLM Share Buyback Program

Air France-KLM, according to the press release, was authorized by the Combined General Meeting of June 3, 2026, to launch a share buyback program. The ordinary shares concerned represent a maximum of 10% of the share capital, or 26,170,424 shares, after adjustment for treasury shares. The maximum price per share is set at €40.

The objectives include share cancellations, market stimulation through a liquidity contract, the issuance of shares for the exercise of rights, and allocations to employees. The shares could also be used for retention or exchange in external growth transactions. This program will be in effect for 18 months, beginning June 3, 2026.
