Air France-KLM announced the success of its bond issue under its EMTN program, raising 650 million euros in senior unsecured bonds over a period of 5 years with a fixed coupon of 3.875% and a yield of 4.033%.

This move aims to take advantage of favorable market conditions and extend the maturity of the group's debt. The transaction attracted the attention of more than 150 institutional investors, with demand exceeding €3.5 billion, thus increasing the size of the initial issue from €500 million to €650 million.

The funds raised will be used for general financial needs, including the repayment of a €500 million tranche of bonds due in May 2026. Air France-KLM's long-term debt is rated BB+ by Standard & Poor's and BBB- by Fitch Ratings.
