Air Liquide Announces Employee-Only Capital Increase

Air Liquide has unveiled a capital increase initiative exclusively for employees. This plan includes eligible employees from both the France Share Purchase Plan (FSPP) and the International Group Share Purchase Plan (IGSPP), as well as early retirees and retirees with retained FSPP assets. The initiative, aiming to enhance employee share ownership, covers nearly sixty countries, subject to obtaining necessary authorizations.

The subscription price is set at €137.89, reflecting a 20% discount on the average Euronext Paris trading price. This price doesn't apply in the United States, where local regulations dictate a different rate. Up to 850,000 shares are offered, with a nominal amount of €4,675,000. The subscription runs from November 3 to November 13, 2025. New shares will align with existing ones and undergo a lock-up period of five years, or three in the United States.
