Air Liquide Announces Voting Rights Update as of July 31, 2026

Air Liquide has released updated information on its voting rights as of July 31, 2026. The company reported a total of 638,162,888 shares. The total number of voting rights, including treasury shares, also stands at 638,162,888, while the figure excluding treasury shares is 636,469,986.

Compared to the previous declaration in June 2026, the number of shares increased slightly from 638,161,486, and voting rights excluding treasury shares decreased marginally from 636,472,584.
