Air Liquide Increases Share Capital
Air Liquide has announced a change in its share capital following the exercise of stock options. During a meeting on February 20, 2025, the Board of Directors noted that 156,090 new shares were issued between June 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. These shares carry a par value of 5.50 euros each.
As a result, the company's new share capital now totals 3,180,425,946.50 euros. This capital is divided into 578,259,263 fully paid-up shares, each with a par value of 5.50 euros. The change is effective immediately.
