Air Liquide, a prominent French multinational, has signed a mandate with an investment services provider to repurchase its own shares. The move is a part of the company's Share Buyback Program, which was approved by the Combined Shareholders' Meeting on May 5, 2026. The Board of Directors implemented this decision on October 28, 2026.

The agreement, effective from October 30, 2026, permits the purchase of shares up to a total of one billion euros. Based on the share price as of October 29, 2026, this equates to approximately 5,637,614 shares, or 0.88% of Air Liquide's share capital. The mandate will run until December 15, 2026, with a maximum share purchase price capped at 300 euros.

This initiative marks the first phase of Air Liquide's broader four-billion-euro Share Buyback Program, which was announced on October 5, 2026. Detailed transaction disclosures will adhere to regulatory requirements and be available on the company's website.
