Air Liquide Provides Semi-Annual Liquidity Contract Update

Air Liquide has released its semi-annual update on the liquidity contract with BNP Paribas. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account contains 50,050 Air Liquide shares and €10,549,288.70. In the latter half of 2025, the company purchased 394,643 shares across 4,131 transactions, amounting to €67,612,563, while selling 365,443 shares in 5,000 transactions, totaling €62,937,754.

Comparing this to June 30, 2025, the account at that time had 22,250 shares and €14,973,624. Activity included purchasing 370,654 shares via 3,779 transactions, worth €64,466,349, and selling 374,299 shares through 4,060 transactions, totaling €65,145,822.

Ever since December 31, 2018, aligned with the AMF Decision 2018-1, the liquidity account started with 9,500 shares and €14,986,662.
