Air Liquide Updates on Voting Rights
On June 3, 2025, Air Liquide released an update regarding its voting rights as of May 31, 2025. The French multinational company reported a total of 578,466,642 shares and corresponding voting rights. When excluding treasury shares, the voting rights number was slightly lower at 576,669,961.
In comparison to the previous month, April 2025, there has been a minor increase. In April, the total number of shares and voting rights stood at 578,439,151, with voting rights excluding treasury shares at 576,642,970.
Air Liquide, a leading global player in gases and services for industry and healthcare, continues to demonstrate resilience and innovation through its ADVANCE strategic plan. The company reported over 27 billion euros in revenue for 2024 and maintains a strong presence on multiple stock indexes, including the CAC 40 and EURO STOXX 50.
