Air Liquide Shareholders Approve Resolutions at 2026 AGM
The Air Liquide Combined General Meeting took place on May 5, 2026, in Paris, chaired by Benoît Potier. Shareholders representing 59.12% of voting rights approved all proposed resolutions. Key presentations included the Group's strong financial performance and the completion of the ADVANCE strategic plan for 2022-2025.
